How does the discovery call work?+

After you sign up we schedule a 60-minute call with our team. We map your current workflows, identify the highest-value automation opportunities, and design your agent configuration. Premier clients are fully operational within 7 days of that call.

What counts as a workflow change request?+

A workflow change request covers modifications to an existing agent, such as updating its logic, changing what it responds to, or adjusting its integration with another tool. Adding a completely new workflow uses one request. Fixing a bug or performance issue does not count against your requests.

What if I need more than 2 change requests in a month?+

Additional change requests are available at a fixed price per request. We will let you know before any additional charges apply.

Is my data private?+

Yes. Your agents run on a dedicated server with a local AI model. Your business data never leaves your dedicated infrastructure. If you choose to add an external API key for specific tasks, we walk you through the privacy implications before proceeding.

What happens if I want to cancel?+

You can cancel at any time. Your founding rate is locked as long as you stay subscribed. If you cancel and later return, your rate would be the standard rate at that time.
