Default configuration: Out of the box, your AI agents run on a local language model installed directly on your server. Your client lists, emails, and business data are processed entirely on your own infrastructure. This data never touches OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or any other third-party AI provider.
Optional external API keys: If you choose to connect an external AI API (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini) to access frontier model capabilities, data processed through those API calls will be subject to the privacy policy of that third-party provider. We communicate this clearly before you make that configuration choice. Using an external API key is never required to use AgentRoster.
Our access to your data: For Premier plan clients where we manage your agents on an ongoing basis, our team may access agent configurations and performance data as necessary to fulfill our service obligations. We do not access, read, or retain your underlying business data (client records, emails, etc.) unless you explicitly share it with us for support purposes.
