How long does setup take?+
Core clients are live in minutes via automated deployment. You will receive a confirmation with your access details and a getting started guide as soon as your environment is ready.
Do I need any technical knowledge?+
No. You never log into a server or touch a configuration file. We handle the entire setup automatically. After launch you manage your agents through a dashboard, not a terminal.
What happens if something breaks?+
Core includes community support and documentation. If you need one-on-one help beyond that, you can purchase a Direct Support ticket as an add-on. For guaranteed response times and ongoing management, consider upgrading to Premier.
Can I upgrade to Pro or Premier later?+
Yes. You can upgrade at any time. Your founding rate applies to whichever plan you start on. If you upgrade, your new plan is billed at the founding rate for that tier as long as you upgrade before the founding period closes.
Is my data private?+
Yes. Out of the box your agents run on a local AI model installed on your server. Your business data never touches OpenAI, Anthropic, or any third-party AI company. If you later choose to add an external API key, we walk you through exactly what that means before you make that decision.
